Mental health resource partners will provide education and resources to these young leaders. As these teen leaders are armed with knowledge, strategies, and resources for themselves, they are better able to face challenges and aide others. TAC Onboarding events occur February 2025 and August 2025

Campaign targeted to teens.  Content for IG/FB and YouTube will be created, a dedicated resource page on Thrive’s website will be created and maintained with regular updates.  A Mental Health Resource partner will be joining to advise the team on thedigital campaign content

Incorporate a Mental Health Resource partner table
at each of Thrive Clermont’s
10 in person events.

Thrive Clermont’s programs offer a safe space for teens. Thrive’s organizationalcommitment to inclusion creates an environment of psychological safety and supports the opportunity for engaged discussion on Mental Health. This expansion of program services provides students an opportunity outside of the school environment, and independent of home environment, to safely connect with Mental Health Resource providers. Through collaborative partnerships with Mental Health Resource providers, a Community Health worker available at each Thrive program with resources on issues impacting teens such as substance abuse, grief, body dysmorphia, eating disorders, self-harm, depression, and anxiety. 

Mental Health workshop for Parents of Teens

Mental Health workshop for Parents of Teens will be run by a resource partner in June 2025. Thrive’s role will be to coordinate venue space and promote the program to Parents and Guardians of Thrive’s existing program attendees. This free workshop will offer important education regarding signs of a mental health crisis and offer resources.
